The equipment we supply is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and our service team helps you use it. This page explains what the warranty covers and how to get help.
Warranty period
- The warranty period is shown on each product page and in your quotation.
- Where no period is stated, products are covered for 12 months.
- The warranty starts on the date of delivery or, for equipment that we install, on the date of installation shown in the installation report.
- Extended warranty and service contracts are available for many products on request.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use. Depending on the fault, we repair the product, replace the defective part or replace the product. Repairs under warranty are free of charge for parts and labour.
What the warranty does not cover
- consumables and parts that wear in normal use, such as electrodes, cables, filters, seals, lamps and batteries, unless they fail early because of a defect;
- single-use devices;
- damage caused by accidents, misuse, incorrect cleaning or reprocessing, or use not in accordance with the instructions for use;
- faults caused by an unsuitable electrical supply, water quality or environment;
- installation, repairs or modifications carried out by persons not authorised by us or the manufacturer;
- failure to carry out the preventive maintenance required by the manufacturer;
- cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
How to make a warranty claim
- Submit a service request or contact us with your order number, the model and serial number, and a description of the fault — photos or a short video help.
- Our engineers try to diagnose the fault remotely first and tell you whether an on-site visit or a workshop repair is needed.
- Repairs are carried out by our trained engineers or by the manufacturer's authorised service partner, using original spare parts.
- You receive a service report describing the work done.
Please do not open the equipment or attempt repairs yourself during the warranty period, as this may void the warranty.
Preventive maintenance and calibration
Most medical and laboratory equipment needs regular preventive maintenance, safety testing and, for measuring functions, calibration at the intervals set by the manufacturer. Regular maintenance keeps the warranty valid and helps your facility meet its licensing requirements. We offer maintenance visits and service contracts — book a visit or ask for a quotation.
Repairs after the warranty
We continue to support equipment after the warranty has ended. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted before work starts. Spare parts availability depends on the manufacturer; we will tell you if a model has reached the end of its support period.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law and does not limit them.
