We show registration numbers and certifications only where we hold the corresponding documentation. The fact that a product is listed on this website does not mean that it is registered for every intended use or in every country. Buyers outside the UAE are responsible for the import and registration requirements of their own country.
Reporting an incident
If a device has been involved in an incident or near miss, or you suspect a defect that could affect safety, stop using it if it is safe to do so, keep the device and its packaging, and contact us straight away. We pass the report to the manufacturer. Incidents must also be reported to the competent health authority where the regulations require it.
Emergencies
This website is not monitored for emergencies. In the UAE call 998 for an ambulance or 999 for the police.
