We deliver to every emirate of the UAE, to the GCC countries and, on request, internationally. Delivery options and fees for your order are always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery zones and fees
All fees include VAT. Free delivery applies automatically when the order total reaches the amount shown for the delivery method.

Orders for heavy or bulky equipment may be quoted separately. Any delivery or installation charge is stated in your quotation.
Processing times and cut-off
- In-stock products ordered and paid before 14:00 (UAE time) on a business day are normally dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched on the next business day.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
- Products with a lead time on the product page (for example equipment ordered from the manufacturer) are dispatched according to that lead time, which we confirm with your order.
- Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has been received. Prescription-only items are dispatched after the prescription has been approved.
Delivery within the UAE
Typical delivery time: UAE: 1–3 business days. You receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order is dispatched, and you can follow it from your account or the order tracking page. The courier contacts you by phone before delivery; please make sure the phone number on your order is correct. Where offered at checkout, you can also collect your order from our Dubai office.
GCC and international delivery
- Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain is available at checkout. Other destinations are quoted on request.
- Customs duties, import VAT and clearance charges in the destination country are paid by the recipient, unless your quotation states otherwise.
- Medical devices may need an import permit or local registration in the destination country. The importer is responsible for these requirements; we provide the commercial invoice and the product documents we hold.
- Exports outside the UAE are zero-rated for VAT where the conditions of UAE VAT law are met.
Equipment that needs installation
Operating tables, surgical lights, steam sterilisers, ENT treatment units and similar equipment are delivered by appointment and, where required, installed and commissioned by trained engineers. Before delivery we send you the site requirements, which typically include:
- access for the equipment: door widths, lifts and the route to the room;
- electrical supply as specified by the manufacturer, on a suitable circuit;
- water supply and drainage for sterilisers and similar equipment, and the water quality the manufacturer specifies;
- space and ventilation around the equipment;
- a contact person on site on the day of installation.
Installation, commissioning and user training can be included in your quotation or booked through our service team.
Receiving your order
- Check the packaging when the delivery arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Tell us about transport damage or missing items within two days of delivery, with photos.
- If a delivery cannot be completed after the courier's attempts, the parcel is returned to us and a new delivery fee may apply.
