We want everyone — including people of determination — to be able to find information, request quotations and order from our website without difficulty.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The website is available in English and in Arabic, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic.
What we have done
- Pages use headings, landmarks and lists so that screen readers can navigate them.
- Every function can be used with a keyboard, and the keyboard focus is always visible.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls meet colour-contrast requirements, and the text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are explained in text next to the field.
- Animations are reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Buttons and links on mobile devices are large enough to tap easily.
Known limitations
- Some product documents (brochures, datasheets and manuals) are PDF files produced by manufacturers and may not be fully accessible. We can send the information in another format on request.
- Embedded maps and videos come from third parties and may not meet every requirement.
